Spectrum

In Nymphenburg's paint laboratory thousands of little porcelain colour-sample plates are lined up on long boards. Each individual sample is identified by the pigment's colour number and reveals its possible colour spectrum – which is where the name of the collection – for which Nymphenburg selected some of these little plates – comes from.
