With its softly curving arcs, the “finned” service is often referred to as the “clam” service. The elegant form and complex surface design allow the transparency of this fine porcelain to really come into its own, even with such small accessories as this salt cellar. Since 1902, this five centimetre cellar has been a steadfast part of the table’s repertoire. Thanks to fleur de sel blossoms, black, grey and pink gourmet salt can be seen in a whole new light.
