Interior Design Projects

Unique spaces need unique elements for their interior design. That’s why the Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg is so popular among renowned interior designers. Since the beginning of the 20th century, more and more architects have been discovering the diverse world of Nymphenburg porcelain to decorate spaces such as the Rocco Forte Hotel, the Cafe Reitschule in Munich, private houses, and sailing yachts. The large-scale creations made from majolica and terracotta tell their own stories about magnificent creatures, fanciful places, the proud personalities of the people who commissioned them– and, of course, about the masterful craftsmanship of their creators. The collection also encompasses wall fountains and free-standing fountains, as well as tiles with pictures in relief to decorate the walls of bathrooms or winter gardens. Christian Liaigre, Palais Mai, Marc Schmarsow – these and many others rely on the perfect craftsmanship of Nymphenburg. They commission handmade chandeliers and wall appliques to embellish the interiors of hotels, private yachts, and gourmet restaurants.
