Le Clarence Paris (2020)

Each month the French gastro magazine Yam Cuisine portrays a star chef and his dishes. Most recently, author Leslie Gogois was a guest of the star chef Christophe Pelé. Pelé, decorated with two Michelin stars, has made “Le Clarence” in Paris one of the best gastronomic addresses in France. Red prawns, sea urchins or pigeons with squid sauce are always served à la minute on “Adonis” by Nymphenburg, whose fine stitch-like trimming was painted in an appetizingly fresh green tone as a custom product for the Parisian restaurant.
