Dr. Heinrich Kauper

Dr. Heinrich Kauper continued the building renovation initiated by Philipp Freiherr von Redwitz. In 1996 he had the "sanding workshop", a workshop on the factory premises, redesigned into an event room. The revival of the large historical Nymphenburg majolica works, the relaunch of some Art Nouveau designs as well as the introduction of dishwasher-safe dinnerware can be attributed to his commitment. The most famous new designs of this time include the Schäffler figures by Schröder-Lechner (1986), the design of the Bavarian television award (Panther) by Anton Hörl (1989) and the golf player by Michael Gattnarzik (1996).
