WORKING HAND IN HAND An encounter in New York, followed by a spontaneous return visit – a few years later, a project has emerged that elevates porcelain to a new level and pristine experience. But let's start at the beginning: Marla Aaron, renowned jewellery designer, stepped into the Porcelain Manufactory during a brief visit to Munich and was moved by the history, precision and craftsmanship. Ideas immediately began to flow: How about transforming her iconic designs in porcelain...? It was the start of an extraordinary collaboration and considerable challenges. Months passed before her signature piece, the Lock pendant, which can be worn on a chain or ribbon around the neck or wrist, complete with its gold thread mechanism, could reliably open and close. Painting the historic, oputent Cumberland pattern? A creative challenge indeed! Yet patience and meticulous attention to detail are part of our artisans' very DNA. Two years later, the first pieces are now complete. The exclusive collection comprises not only the pendant but also a bracelet and earrings.
